The condominiums are located at
963 Commercial Street in the East End on the town line with a
shuttle bus stop to all points located directly across the
street. Our condominiums are superior, newly renovated
accommodations with full amenities including parking, kitchens,
full bathrooms, clean sheets on the bed, deck, beach, pool,
fenced-in front yards, picnic table, barbecue grill, dining room
set, cable television, heat, and more.
Please note as in
years past there is a strict "no pet" policy
and smoking should be done outside in the
front yard in consideration of those coming
to the unit after you. The smell of cigarette
smoke can be very offensive to many renters and
fire safety is another serious reason against
smoking indoors. We appreciate all of you who
clean on Saturday mornings before you leave and
ask that you continue to do so in order to
prevent increased cleaning costs for us and
higher rent or a cleaning deposit for you. We
